What is chocolate bloom?
Chocolate bloom occurs when chocolate develops a light, dusty appearance on the surface.
This happens naturally when cocoa butter separates and rises to the surface or moisture dissolves sugar,
which re-crystallizes on top. Bloom may change the appearance, but the chocolate is still delicious.
