Break up bars and the best I’ve had
I’ve tried other chocolate bars for melting and this bar is the best taste wise and melting. First it tastes great and the melting process is so smooth. I use this for bark and pour melted chocolate on dessert I’ve made. It melts great and spreads easily.

Great value and taste
We saw a great deal on the break up bars and figured we'd give them a try since we've loved van Otis for decades. These bars are great! It was the great Van Otis chocolate we've always known and loved and it was a great value.
